A Little bit About Me
A native of North Carolina, my interest in design and architecture is deeply rooted in my upbringing. My mother, an accomplished artist, encouraged creativity and self-expression throughout my childhood. It was not uncommon for me to rearrange the furniture in my family home and then gather everyone for “the big reveal”. By high school, I would have friends for sleepovers and put them to work with me on my latest vision be it tearing out carpets, installing hardwoods, or painting walls and furniture. It was clear that design was in my future and I went on to earn my B.A. in Interior Design from Middle Tennessee State University.
Upon moving back to North Carolina, I navigated the world of interior design, starting off in an assistant role at a design firm in Asheville and eventually entering the world of custom architecture and interiors as an interior designer with Pursley Dixon Architecture in Charlotte.
With my plate quickly filling up with freelance projects, 2022 brought to fruition a lifelong dream and the opening of Maribeth Prosser Interiors.
I strive to bring a fresh perspective and positive influence to each client and project I work on. My goal is to Design thoughtfully curated, enduring, and comfortable spaces that embody the essence of those who live in them
